Hi, I’m Larisa — the creator of the Ultimate Hosting Kit and a host myself!

My hosting journey began with a small apartment. In the winter, we lived there; in the summer, we rented it out. We did everything ourselves — from cleaning and advertising on popular platforms to welcoming guests and handling taxes. Later, we built a small holiday home, which brought new challenges and different types of guests, but we still managed everything on our own.

That’s when I realized the importance of being organized and creating a memorable guest experience. I first designed a simple Welcome Book so guests would see us as professional, thoughtful hosts who cared about providing all the important information in one place. To my surprise, guests loved it so much that I had to replace it monthly because it was so well-used!

But as hosting grew busier, I often felt overwhelmed. I needed something more than just notes on my phone or laptop — I wanted a planner where I could track expenses, payments, guest details, reviews, and housekeeping checklists. As a very visual person, I needed tools that weren’t only practical but also clean, modern, and aesthetic.

That’s how the Ultimate Hosting Kit was born. Everything is fully customizable in Canva — super easy to edit, even if you’ve never designed anything before. I learned everything by myself in
Canva! You can add your own colors, fonts, or details so your kit feels perfectly tailored to your rental. No stress, no complicated software — just click, edit, and use.
